Hello! I’m Peter Lengkeek, a Database Administrator and Developer, specializing in the combination of technology and organization. I started 35 years ago, working with Oracle database technology.

After a small sabbatical, I got the opportunity at the beginning of 2024 to start a consultancy job with PostgreSQL database technology. I jumped into a "pressure cooker" to learn all kind of PostgreSQL knowledge, compared to my reference model of Oracle. I used the training material of EDB to learn the fundamentals and the advanced features of PostgreSQL version 16.

Since August 2024 I started with the CloudNativePG operator for PostgreSQL databases on Kubernetes. Directly, I started with Kubernetes training from Udemy.
